BBQ Season
1 lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed.
1 red onion roughly chopped.

1 Package Halladay’s Barbecue Rub for Chicken & Ribs
Shredded cheese, optional
Evenly coat chicken with BBQ Seasoning, cover and let sit in your cooler to marinate. Prepare four tin foil packets. Combine the chicken with peppers and onions and add ÂĽ of the mixture to each piece of tinfoil. Add 2 to 3 pieces of corn, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Seal up foil packets and cook over medium heat coals for 15 to 25 minutes. Open carefully, sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired, and enjoy!

Our Story...
We are the Rau's; Tom, Stephanie, Nathanael, Nickolas and Noah. When you stop by the shop, you will likely meet Nathanael and me. Nathanael inspired the opening of The Butler's Pantry in December 2023. He has Down Syndrome and needed a workplace with a flexible schedule that would accommodate his sociable nature. We recently bought, renovated and moved into an old building in downtown Imperial. Phase 1, the retail store is now finished. We have some fun dreams for phase 2 and 3. Stop in and see what we've been up to!
